Chef Arturo Navarrete, a Mexico City native, discovered his love for food as a teenager in Vancouver, Canada. He began his culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, where he earned his foundational skills and refined his craft under acclaimed pastry chef Laurent Trouble.

Driven by a passion for excellence, Arturo pursued Le Grand Diplome, solidifying his expertise in both cuisine and pastry. He joined the team at Apex in Montage Deer Valley, where he trained under the guidance of Chef Christian Ojeda. His culinary journey expanded in Salt Lake City, where he deepened his knowledge of Japanese cuisine alongside mentor Chef Viet Pham.

Arturo's career also includes prestige times at Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. and Mexico, including:
