Chef Arturo Navarrete, originally from Mexico City, discovered his passion for food during his teenage years in Vancouver, Canada. After culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, he honed his skills under renowned pastry chef Laurent Trouble. Arturo later pursued Le Grand Diplome and joined the team at Apex in Montage Deer Valley, mentored by Chef Christian Ojeda. His journey continued with a focus on Japanese cuisine in Salt Lake City, where he met mentor Chef Viet Pham. Chef Arturo's culinary path includes stages at Michelin-starred restaurants across the US and Mexico, such as Harbor House Inn, Commie, and Porto. Now based in Austin, Texas, he will bring all his culinary expertise into your home.
